We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. However, due to the perishable nature of our food products and health and safety regulations, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with food safety standards. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including one-time orders and subscriptions for weekly meal plans.
1. Returns
• General Policy: We do not accept returns of delivered meals or meal components once they have left our facility. This is to comply with food safety guidelines and prevent contamination risks. All meals are prepared fresh, chilled, and packaged for immediate consumption or short-term storage.
• Exceptions:
• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described (e.g., incorrect meal due to our error), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
• Undelivered Orders: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, and we will reship or refund the full amount.

2. Refunds
• Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for the reasons outlined above or under our cancellation policy (see Section 3). We do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or once meals have been prepared and delivered.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
• Partial Refunds: For subscriptions, refunds may be prorated based on the unused portion of your plan (e.g., meals not yet delivered).
• Non-Refundable Items: Delivery fees, taxes, and any customizations (e.g., dietary modifications) are non-refundable unless the entire order qualifies for a refund.
3. Cancellations
• One-Time Purchases: You may cancel an upcoming one-time order up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations after this window are not eligible for refunds, as meals are prepared fresh in anticipation of your order.
• Subscriptions:
• Initial Cancellation: You have 7 days from the date of your first subscription delivery to cancel and receive a full refund for any undelivered meals.
• Ongoing Cancellations: Cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (weekly). You will receive a prorated refund for any meals not yet delivered in that cycle.
• Changes to Subscription: Modifications (e.g., pausing or skipping a week) can be made up to 7 days before your next delivery. After this period, no changes or refunds are available.
