Delivery Policy

Comfort Kitchen – www.comfort-kitchen.co.uk

We deliver fresh, chilled meals to make mealtimes easy and convenient. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

Local Delivery (50 Mile Radius TS22 5PQ postcode)

  • Cost: £4 per delivery
  • Courier: Our Local Courier
  • Delivery Day: Every Sunday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

National Delivery (outside 50-mile radius)

  • Cost: £8 per delivery
  • Courier: Our National Courier
  • Delivery Day: Every Tuesday

The 50-mile radius is measured from our kitchen in the TS22 5PQ area. Only the two zones above are currently served. We do not service International Orders outside of the UK

Failed Delivery Policy

For National Courier deliveries, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for “Couldn’t Deliver” cases that are the customer’s responsibility. This includes:

  • No one present at the property to receive the order
  • No safe space / safe place instructions provided
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Damaged Items During Delivery

If any meals arrive damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately (ideally within 24 hours) with photos and your order number.
  2. We will replace the damaged items by either:
    • Sending replacement meal(s) as soon as possible, or
    • Adding the replacement items free of charge to your next order (if you are a subscriber).

✅ As a goodwill gesture, we will also include one extra free item with your replacement.
